The dash has max(3.5, IsaacsDamage) collision damage every 2 frames.

4 dash times limit, until book comes back.

After finishing Passover, enemies hit by the dash will get weakeness (same as XI - Strength?).
Unlock: Play as Judas, enter Secret Room of the first level, and then use The Bible in Satan's room.
